Terms of Service

This user agreement (hereinafter the User Agreement, Agreement) governs the relationship between FastifyExchange and clients of the FastifyExchange website (hereinafter the User).

By using the FastifyExchange website (hereinafter the Website, Service) without registering a user account (hereinafter Account) or by registering an account to use the FastifyExchange service, the User agrees that they have read, understood and accepted all conditions contained in this Agreement, as well as in the Privacy Policy and FAQ sections of the service.

If the User does not agree with the terms of this User Agreement, use of the FastifyExchange website is not permitted.

1. Eligibility Criteria

1.1. The User hereby agrees and confirms that they:
- have reached the age required by law to accept these terms;
- have not been previously suspended or prohibited from using the Service.

1.2. If the User uses the Service on behalf of a legal entity, the User also represents and warrants that the legal entity is duly registered and operating in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction of its registration, and that the legal entity has authorized the User to act on its behalf.

2. Data Privacy

2.1. FastifyExchange respects the privacy of its Users and requests personal data only when necessary to ensure the security of transactions.

2.2. The Service does not transfer personal data to third parties, except for analytics services (such as Google Analytics), which collect information independently in accordance with their own privacy policy.

2.3. All personal data provided as part of verification is stored in encrypted form and used exclusively for confirming the User's identity.

3. User Verification

3.1. Some exchange directions require verification. This is necessary to ensure the security of all participants and prevent fraudulent transactions.

3.2. Verification ensures that the User will receive 'clean' currency without a questionable history of origin. Complete anonymity carries risks for both parties — both for the User and for the Service.

3.3. After verification, the User gains access to all exchange directions and increased transaction limits.

3.4. To complete verification, the User needs to provide: a photo of an identity document (passport) and take a selfie for identity confirmation.

4. Account Usage Rules on FastifyExchange

4.1. The FastifyExchange website is intended for personal use only. The User agrees not to use any account other than their own, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

4.2. The User can use most exchange directions without verification. For access to extended features, verification is recommended.

4.3. FastifyExchange does not collect or store personal data of Users, except for the minimum data necessary for the system to function (email address, verification data if applicable).

5. Data Transfer Policy

5.1. FastifyExchange does not transfer Users' personal data to third parties and does not use them for advertising or marketing purposes, except as part of the operation of analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics).

5.2. The Service does not process or store data about Users' bank cards or payment details.

5.3. Verification data is used exclusively for identity confirmation and is not transferred to third parties.

6. Privacy Guarantees

6.1. FastifyExchange guarantees that Users' personal data is not transferred to third parties, except for analytics services that collect information independently.

6.2. Verification data is stored in a secure form and is accessible only to authorized Service employees.

6.3. In the event of a data leak due to third-party services (Google Analytics, etc.), FastifyExchange bears no responsibility.

7. Contact Information

7.1. The User can contact FastifyExchange staff via the online customer support chat or at the Service's email address.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. FastifyExchange reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement by publishing the relevant changes on the website.

8.2. The User agrees that their use of the service constitutes acceptance of all terms of this Agreement.

This User Agreement is effective from January 1, 2024.
